As far as on our sides personal data (for example name, address or email addresses) are raised, this always takes place on a voluntary basis. If there are no necessary reasons in connection with a business transaction, you can revoke the previously granted approval of your personal data storage with immediate effect in written form (e.g. by our contact for, e-mail or fax) at any time. The data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Our employees are bound to secrecy regarding personal data. This data is only passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract. Such third parties are also bound by agreements to observe the data protection of users.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data

Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a EU Data Protection Ordinance (DSGVO) serves as the legal basis. In the processing of personal data required for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures.Insofar as the processing of personal data is required to fulfil a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO serves as the legal basis. In the event that the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Article 6(1)(d) DSGVO serves as the legal basis. If processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO serves as the legal basis for processing.

Duration of data storage

Your personal data will be kept for as long as we have your consent to use it, unless there is no legal basis for its storage, the legal basis for its storage no longer applies or the purpose of its storage has been fulfilled. You can revoke your consent to the use of personal data at any time in written form via our contact form, via fax or via info@t2m2.de

Cookies

We use so-called cookies on our site for the recognition of multiple use of our offer by the same user/internet connection owner. A cookie is a text file that is sent when you visit a website and stored temporarily on the access device of the website user and/or customer. These cookies do not retrieve any information about you stored on your hard disk and do not affect your PC or its files. They serve to optimize our website and our offers. Users can influence the use of cookies. If the user of the website and/or customer wants to prevent the use of cookies, he can do this by locally changing his settings in the Internet browser used on his computer, i.e. the program for opening and displaying Internet pages. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of our website to their full extent.

When you visit this page, the web server automatically records log files that are stored separately from any personal data you may have provided, so that no conclusions can be drawn about a particular person. This data includes, for example, the browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL (the previously visited website), IP address of the requesting computer, access date and time of the server request and the file request of the client (file name and URL). They are evaluated for statistical purposes in order to optimize our website and our offers. A passing on to third parties, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, does not take place.

Collection of personal data via the contact form

On our website we offer you the possibility to contact us by e-mail and/or via contact form. If you send us enquiries using the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent. A comparison of the data collected in this way with data that may be collected by other components of our site does not take place either.

Use of Google-Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (hereinafter “Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, Google will reduce your IP address within Member States of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. IP anonymization is active on this website because Google Analytics has been extended to include the “_anonymizeIp” code on this website in order to ensure anonymous collection of IP addresses (IP masking). On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use the transmitted information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide the website operator with further services associated with the use of the website and the Internet. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

Use of Google-Adwords

We also use the Google advertising tool “Google-Adwords” to promote our website. In this context we use the analysis service “Conversion-Tracking” of Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter “Google”. If you accessed our website via a Google ad, a cookie is stored on your computer. Cookies are small text files that your Internet browser stores on your computer. These so-called “conversion cookies” lose their validity after 30 days and do not serve your personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google may recognize that you as a user have clicked on one of our ads placed on Google and have been redirected to our page. The information collected with the help of the “conversion cookies” is used by Google to generate visit statistics for our website. These statistics show us the total number of users who clicked on our ad and also which pages of our website were subsequently accessed by the respective user. However, we or others who advertise via “Google-Adwords” do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified.  You can prevent the storage of “conversion cookies” by making the appropriate settings in your browser, such as browser settings that generally deactivate the automatic setting of cookies or specifically only block cookies from the “googleadservices.com” domain.  You can obtain the relevant data protection declaration from Google under the following link: https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html

Use of Dropbox

In order to provide you with comprehensive product information and further documents, we use the cloud service of Dropbox Inc. 333 Brannan Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, hereinafter referred to as “Dropbox”. Dropbox uses “cookies” and tracking pixels, files which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by a cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Dropbox server in the USA and stored there. When calling files in the Dropbox, data (IP address, name of the called file, time of the call, etc.) can thus be transmitted. Connection to social networks

We maintain online presences within social networks and platforms in order to communicate with active customers, interested parties and users and to inform them about our services. When accessing the respective networks and platforms, the terms and conditions and the data processing guidelines of their respective operators apply.

Use of Facebook components

Our pages include plugins from the social network Facebook, provider Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. You can recognize the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo and the Facebook “Like button” (white “f” on blue tile, the terms “Like” or a “thumbs up” sign) on our page. The list and appearance of Facebook Social Plugins can be viewed here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/. When you visit our pages, the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook “Like” button while logged into your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our pages on your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate the visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to point out that, as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted or of their use by Facebook. We have no influence on the amount of data Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and therefore inform users according to our level of knowledge. By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives information that a user has called up the corresponding page of the online offer. If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to his Facebook account. When users interact with the plugins, such as pressing the Like button or posting a comment, the information is sent directly from your device to Facebook and stored there. If a user is not a member of Facebook, it is still possible for Facebook to obtain and store their IP address. According to Facebook, only an anonymized IP address is stored in Germany. Facebook is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee to comply with European data protection law (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt0000000GnywAAC&status=Active). For more information, please see Facebook’s Privacy Policy at http://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php. If you do not want Facebook to associate your visit to our pages with your Facebook account, please log out of your Facebook account before visiting our website.

Use of Twitter components

Our website uses functions from Twitter, Inc, 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. Every time you visit our website, which is equipped with such a component, this component causes the browser you are using to download a corresponding representation of the Twitter component. This process informs Twitter which specific page of our website is currently being visited. We would like to point out that, as the provider of the pages, we are not aware of the content of the data transmitted or how it is used by Twitter. If you have a Twitter account, this data can be linked to your Twitter account. Further information can be found in Twitter’s privacy policy at http://twitter.com/privacy. You can change your privacy settings in your account settings at http://twitter.com/account/settings. If you do not wish Twitter to associate your Twitter account with visiting our pages, please log out of your Twitter account before visiting our website.

Newsletter tracking

Our newsletters contain so-called tracking pixels (web bugs) with which we can recognize whether and when an e-mail was opened and which links in the e-mail were followed by the personalized recipient. This data is stored by us so that we can optimally tailor our newsletter to the wishes and interests of our subscribers. Accordingly, the data collected is used to send personalized newsletters to the respective recipient. To ensure sufficient data security when submitting forms, in certain cases we use the service reCAPTCHA of Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA. This is mainly used to distinguish whether the entry is made by a natural person or abusively by machine and automated processing. The service includes sending the IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, Google will reduce your IP address within Member States of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of reCAPTCHA is not merged with other Google data.
